These are fun, fast-paced sessions with plenty of body-weight exercises for overall strength and flexibility which includes lots of sculpting of arms, shoulders, legs, abs, obliques and, of course, back and glutes (aka boot for the girls), during those short breaks from other wildly-intense moves involving every muscle in you body!
These sessions absolutely include the 2 H’s and the 2 B’s to achieve the overall "LOOK and FEEL "of FITNESS:

60 minutes $25 (per person)
